Organization
- 4 versus 4 plus 1 neutral player in a 25 x 25 yard grid scoring on two small goals on opposite sides
- Both teams play a diamond shape
- The team with the soccer ball tries with the help of the neutral player to constantly build new triangles
Coaching Tips
- The teams should try to keep their shape (diamond) as much as possible
- When you lose the soccer ball, tighten the space and when you win the soccer ball, explore the space
- Play with pace
