1) Game Setup
The players are divided intro three teams of four. Teams A and B play 4 v. 4 in a 25 x 35-yard field on two goals with goalkeepers. The players on Team C position themselves evenly along the two sidelines as wall players.
Basic Sequence
Teams A and B try to score goals, focusing on playing decisively and cooperatively. They pass to the wall players, which are limited to two touches. A round may last up to four minutes. After an active rest period (easy run, stretching, simple technical exercises), one of the teams on the field trades places with extra team for the next round.
This exercise may be played as a tournament: Three for a win; in a draw, each team receives one point. After each team has played against both of the other teams once (or twice), total up the points.

2) Game Setup
The players are divided into three teams of four. Teams A and B play 4 v. 4 in a 25 x 35-yard field on two goals with goalkeepers. The players on Team C take positions in one half of the field: one on each sideline, and two on the endline on both sides of Goal 2.
Basic Sequence
Each extra player moves freely along his assigned line as the situation requires. Team A and B play 4 v. 4 as above. Team A attacks on Goal, while Team B attacks on Goal 2 with the help of the wall players, who are limited to two touches. Team B may score only on a direct shot set up by one of the wall players. After a four-minute round and an active rest period, one of the teams on the field trades places with the extra team for the next round. Repeat this sequence until each team has played all three variations.
