- The first players in lines 1 and 3 dribble toward each other, pass the soccer ball across the field to each other and then hit one touch shots
- Player 1 joins the back of line 4 and player 3 joins the back of line 2
- Then first players in lines 2 and 4 dribble toward each other and continue the drill
Coaching Tips
- Two touches to take a shot are allowed if needed (inaccurate pass or poor first touch)
