4 vs. 4 + 4 wall players

Drill Description

• Players are divided into three groups of four.
• Groups A and B play on two goals with goalkeepers.
• The players in Group C are wall players, positioned outside the field, two on each sideline.
• Groups A and B try to score on opposite goals.
• The Group C players may help the attackers, but are limited to two touches each.
• After playing for a maximum of five minutes, all players have an active rest period, then A or B switches places with C.

Coaching Tips

• Group C players limited to one touch (for more advanced players).
