Drill Description
- Player A is diagonally opposite B.
- An extra defender stands in front of each goal.
- Both groups play simultanously.
- Player A passes diagonally to B. To get past the defender, who plays half-speed, B must execute the following sequence: a quick step forward and a fake. B may then control the ball and shoot.
- After five turns for each group, new defenders are chosen.
Coaching Tips
- Defenders play at full speed.
- A passes in the air to B.
