Drill Description
- An extra defender stands in front of each goal.
- The two groups take turns playing.
- Player A passes diagonally to B, who must get away from the half-speed defender. B then shields the ball until he/she can pass to A, who goes forward and shoots.
- After five turns for each group, new defenders are chosen.
Coaching Tips
- A may pass the ball back for B to shoot (2 vs. 1).
- A passes in the air to B.
