2 vs. 2 + 1 vs. on two goals
Drill Description

Two teams of the three play in a field twice the size of the penalty area on two goals with goalkeepers.

The penalty area line is the centerline.
-
Each player is assigned a certain half and may not cross the centerline.

In one half are two defenders (support players) from Team A against two forwards from Team B.

In the other half are a forward from Team A and one support player from Team B.
Coaching Tips

Intercept pass whenever possible.

Do not let your forward turn toward the goal.

Variations: Two teams of four ( 3 vs. 3 plus 1 vs. 1).

Variations: Two teams of six play on two goals with goalkeepers in a half divided into three zones. In each of the two "attacking zones" in front of the goals is a 1 vs. 1; the remaining players play 4 vs. 4 in the middle zone.
