4 vs. 4 on four goals with neutral goalkeepers
Drill Description

Set up four goals on the edges of a half.

Divide the players into three teams of four.

First, Teams A and B play 4vs. 4 inside the field, and Team C's players act as goalkeepers.

Team A's objective is to score as many goals as possible within a certain time period (three to four minutes).

Team B simply tries to keep the ball as long as possible.

All teams switch roles after each round.
Coaching Tips

Team A: Try to win the ball as quickly as possible in order to score more goals before the game ends.

Same as above, except players are divided into three teams of six. Teams A and B play 6 vs. 6. Team A tries to score, and Team B tries to keep the ball. Four players from Team C act as goalkeepers, and the other two jog two laps around the field, then switch with two of the goalkeepers. Each player must run two laps.
