Drill Description
Red Team
- E dribbles with speed towards the goal
- F, G and H move off the ball, different runs
Blue Team
- A drops back to potentially intercept a diagonal ball
- B follows F, but also has to make sure D drops back to put pressure on E, if D cannot drop back in time, B takes over that role
- C follows E and tries to hinder E from passing or scoring
