Situation 3: Turning the ball over in the middle
Drill Description
Team Blue
- E dribble with speed towards goal
- G, F (creating space for H) and H move off the ball, different runs
Team Red
- A and C drop back in case one of the forwards receives the ball
- If E continues to dribble towards the middle, A and C have prevent any potential through balls by keeping a safe distance and being more centrally positioned
- B drops back to cover F and keeps on eye on E to pressure him/her if E decides to continue to dribble and score
- C has to keep an eye on H and F
- D tries to catch up with E
