Situation 5: 3-4-1 system against a 2-4-2 system
Drill Description
- 70 yard field (second goal is 22 yards behind the half way line)
- Two teams (8 versus 8)
- Team red plays a 3-4-1
- Team blue plays a 2-4-2
- Incorporate the off-side rule
Coaching Tips
- Reinforce the learned from the previus 4 drills
- Stop the game to correct mistakes, reenact the situation and discuss solutions with players
