Two teams line up as in Exercise 1.

On one side of the field, lay six poles beside the net and across the players' running path. On the other side, create a slalom course with cones and extra balls.
Combining Technique and Coordination:

Sequence is like Exercise 1, but with additional activities as players switch sides.

For example, after passing over the net, do various types of jumps over the poles, or on the other side, dribble quickly through the slalom course.
