2 vs. 2 in three fields on one goal
Drill Description

Set up three 15 x 15-yard fields in a row about 30 yards in front of a goalkeeper.

Three 2 vs. 2's are running simultaneously, one in each of the three fields.

The object in each is for the team with the ball to keep is as long as possible.

At the coach's signal, the team with the ball in Field A (then Field B, then Field C) moves toward the goal and tries to score as quickly as possible.

React quickly to changes in tempo.

Chose the right defense tactics for the situation.

At the coach's signal, only the player in possession of the ball at that moment leaves the field to play 1 vs. 1 against the goalkeeper.

Make it a team competition: Two players in each field belong to Team A, and two belong to Team B. The points from all 2 vs. 2's are added to make team totals.
