MAIN SESSION/COOL-DOWN
SETUP
For the main session, players divide up between two stations (six players each). Every four minutes (and after an active rest period - ball handling exercises), the two teams switch stations, for a total of two rounds.
SETUP FOR STATION 1
Players divide into two teams, in front of a goal with goalkeeper.

Team A (three players): Players line up at the beginning of a coordination parcourse. Each one has a ball.

Team B (three players): 25 yards from the goal.
SETUP FOR STATION 2

Set up three small goals on each endline of a 3- x 2--yard field.

Players form two teams of three
COORDINATION AND SHOOTING
The first player from Team A passes to the first one from B, then runs through the parcourse and does the following coordination exercises:

1. Fast knee lifts with a different number of touches between each set of poles.

2. Fast knee lifts alternating with heel kicks: two of the one, the two of the other.

3. Galloping between the poles. Meanwhile, the player from B receives the pass, fakes in front of a cone, and shoots.
TRAINING TIP
The coordination exercises, depend on your training objective and players' skills level.
3 V. 3 ON THREE SMALL GOALS

Each team defends the three small goals on one endline. Each player is responsible for one goal, but all three defenders should help each other by traveling with the ball.

Both teams can score by passing through one of the opposition's goal.
